Complaints about advertisements for therapeutic products in New Zealand

All advertisements about therapeutic goods directed to consumers must comply with the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. Anybody can lodge a complaint about advertisements they believe are untruthful or misleading.

Therapeutic goods include medicines and medical devices such as band aids and bandages, contact lens preparations, condoms, tampons, diagnostic kits for pregnancy, blood glucose monitoring.
